Laura began her studio Pilates journey in 2008. As an active runner, gym enthusiast, and mum to young children, she found the benefits of Pilates carried over into many aspects of life. After over 15 years of developing her passion for practicing Pilates, she decided to change careers from teaching secondary school Science to Pilates instruction.
As a comprehensively qualified instructor and member of Pilates Association Australia, Laura enjoys working with people from all walks of life. She has a special interest in the varied aspects of joint function and pain, whether recovering from injury or medical conditions that affect the joints.
