From early morning boot camps to small group sessions with an individual approach to group training there is sure to be a group training option for you. Some of the groups we have to offer at The Sports Injury Clinic are small group, HIIT and stretch, active living group, diabetes group, mums and bubs, junior gym (U/12), Young athletes’ group (U/18), ACL group, joint clinic and runners’ group.
