Sport Specific and Injury Prevention Programs
Our Exercise Physiologists and Personal trainers can develop specialized training programs to improve your sporting performance, as well as programs designed to assist with injury prevention. All of our trainers are experienced in training for a wide range of sports, and are familiar with the latest training methods being utilized by athletes of all levels.
Every sport requires specific components of fitness based on the demands of the game or event. When you consult with one of our trainers they will identify what are the most important aspects of your sport and from there design and implement an individualized training program to improve your strength and conditioning that will ultimately transfer into greater performance on the field!
Sessions can be conducted 1:1 or in small groups incorporating a variety of fitness equipment and will also develop your knowledge on training safely and how to get the most out of your sporting performance.
